Please read these terms carefully. By booking travel services through Enchanting Worlds Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Introduction

1.1 Enchanting Worlds Travel is a member agent of Janine Loves LTD trading as The JLT Group (“JLT Group”). These terms incorporate and reflect the JLT Group Booking Terms & Conditions and govern your booking through us.
1.2 We act as agents facilitating bookings between you and various travel suppliers. Your contract for travel services is with the supplier(s) providing those services, not directly with us, except where we are explicitly stated to be the package organiser.
1.3 By making a booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including the JLT Group Terms incorporated herein.


2. Booking

2.1 When you make a booking through us, you warrant that you are over 18 and have authority to act for everyone named on the booking.
2.2 A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking as specified. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of monies paid.
2.3 Please check all booking details carefully on your confirmation documents and notify us immediately of any errors.


3. Payment

3.1 We accept payments via [list payment methods]. Deposits and balances must be paid according to the terms specified at booking.
3.2 Until payment is received in full, your booking is provisional and subject to availability.


4. Your Contract

4.1 Your contract for travel services is with the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.), whose terms and conditions will apply.
4.2 We act as your agent except for certain flight bookings (such as low-cost airlines) where you contract directly with the airline.
4.3 Where we are package organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, we accept responsibility for the overall package.


5. Flights

5.1 For low-cost airline bookings, we act solely as your agent and accept no liability for their services. You must comply with their terms, which you can find on their websites.
5.2 For charter flights, the contract is directly between you and the charter provider who holds an ATOL licence.


6. Changes and Cancellations by You

6.1 All cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing by the lead passenger.
6.2 Supplier cancellation charges and any administration fees we apply will be payable by you. Cancellation charges may amount to 100% of the booking cost.


7. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

7.1 We will notify you promptly of any material changes or cancellations by suppliers. You must respond within the given timeframe to accept alternatives or refunds.
7.2 Except where we act as package organiser, we accept no liability for supplier changes.


8. Service Charges

8.1 We may charge administration fees for services such as supplier failure cover or booking agency services, which will be shown on your booking confirmation.


9. Our Responsibility

9.1 Except where we act as package organiser, our liability is limited to making your booking as instructed.
9.2 Our maximum liability (if found liable) will not exceed three times the cost of your booking.
9.3 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.


10. Complaints

10.1 Complaints during your holiday must be reported immediately to the local supplier or agent to allow resolution.
10.2 Upon return, please write to the supplier as per your booking confirmation. We can assist if needed.


11. Financial Protection

11.1 Your booking may be protected by ATOL or Protected Trust Services (PTS) depending on the type of holiday.
11.2 Flight-inclusive packages protected under ATOL will come with an ATOL Certificate.
11.3 Supplier failure insurance and associated administration fees may be added automatically for protection.
11.4 Further details on your protection will be provided at booking.


12. Package Organiser Status

12.1 When we are the package organiser, we accept responsibility for the proper performance of all travel services included in your package.
12.2 We hold an ATOL (number 12564) and/or PTS bond as applicable.
12.3 Booking transfers are allowed under conditions and fees detailed at booking.


13. Special Requests

Please notify us of any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, room preferences) at booking. We will forward these to suppliers but cannot guarantee they will be met.


14. Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out suitable travel insurance covering illness, accidents, cancellations, and loss of belongings. We are not liable for losses where insurance would have provided cover.


15. Accommodation Ratings and Standards

Accommodation ratings are provided by suppliers for guidance only. Standards may vary by country. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of ratings.


16. Room Allocation

Rooms are allocated by the accommodation supplier upon arrival. Local taxes and fees are payable on-site.


17. Building Work

Any notified refurbishment or renovation work at hotels will be communicated prior to booking or as soon as possible.


18. Delivery of Documents

Documents will be sent via post or email. We are not responsible for loss after dispatch unless caused by our negligence.


19. Passports, Visas, and Health

19.1 You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and meeting health requirements for your travel.
19.2 We provide general guidance but accept no liability if you are denied entry due to non-compliance.


20. Final Travel Arrangements

Please confirm all documents are in order and reconfirm flights where necessary at least 72 hours before departure.


21. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances

We are not liable for failures due to force majeure events such as war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.


22. Behaviour

Unacceptable behaviour may result in termination of your holiday with no refund and liability for damages.


23. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data according to our Privacy Policy.


24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
